Our History . . .
OCS Capital Group LLC, is primarily an international
bond-law consulting firm. It is also a consultant on government relations and government affairs. It provides techincal
and professional services to local, municipal, state and federal government agencies in the United
States and South America.
It's parent company,
OCS American Inc. (DE), has been in business since 1974. It started
out as a partnership in Santa Fe, New Mexico
on July 12, 1974.. It was, at that time, known as Olguin, Colligan & Strand,
Ltd. It received its corporate charter on November 14, 1974 and became known
as OCS Corporation. It changed it's name to OCS American, Inc. when
it received its corporate charter from the State of Delaware
in 1989..
